DMV complete. Now for two days of whatever, beginning with Buffalo Thunder resort.

Why travel that far for the DMV?

If it don’t bother me, it don’t bother me. Just leave me alone.

So we can remain a residents and not pay California income taxes (perk of being active duty) and we're visiting her mom, too. We just made a little vacation out of it because it's fun and we could.

Please tell me Mrs. Hawks is there to keep an eye on you...

She's in the pool under the gazebo looking thing. Woman is a fish. She'd say mermaid. Tomato, tom-aht-o.

    Edit: spelling

I fixed a couple of loose hinges on doors recently. The first fix was on the door into the garage, the screws were a bit loose and this one was easily solved with some Mr. Grip strips that I bought years ago and then found and used. This was a very quick and easy fix.

The second fix was on the door into my home office / downstairs bedroom. I tried some Mr. Grip strips, but this didn't work out. The frame isn't solid wood and the holes were already pretty far gone so I ended up drilling out the holes to fit some wood dowels I purchased for my pipe cabinet that I use to hold Falcon bowls using the holes drilled in the cabinet for the shelves. I wood glued in the dowels and waited a day before drilling a small pilot hole and reattaching the hinge. There's a piece of carpet in this room that rubs on the bottom of the door and two back of the door shelves that hold pipe tobacco that put stress on this door, so far, so good.
