Why travel that far for the DMV?

So we can remain a residents and not pay California income taxes (perk of being active duty) and we're visiting her mom, too. We just made a little vacation out of it because it's fun and we could.

Please tell me Mrs. Hawks is there to keep an eye on you...

She's in the pool under the gazebo looking thing. Woman is a fish. She'd say mermaid. Tomato, tom-aht-o.

Guess the water company needed to move some stuff for the readers. Ended up busing up most of the houses' driveways and had to repour concrete.

Had a free value slam at Denny's for my birthday reward. They wouldn't combine the AARP 15% discount, next time I'll have to have them split the bill.

We then went shopping and came back to break down the meat into individual packaging. I found a tip on Instagram about using canning jar tongs to hold the bag open, that tip works well.

I had my Wife make me a sandwich with cinnamon apple rings and olives. She reminded me that we have an olive spoon.

Stick a straw in the baggie, Ziploc it all the way tight to the straw, suck all the air out and slip the straw out as you close the Ziploc. Bada bing bada boom. 🤔😘

    Before

3.5 hours later and my goal was achieved. Cylinder heads removed to be dropped off at the machine shop.

This truck has surprisingly been easy given its age and common issues that I’ve seen others run into.

Just fill the sink up with water and dunk it till you get to the top of the bag and zip it shut. Y'all are doing too much.
