just had a MOW PA with about a year of down time on it....cant BELIEVE the difference! I remember my first PA vividly, I smoked it ROTT and it was good...with a LITTLE harshness and kick. This one still had a kick but was subdued enough to bring out other great flavors...cedar etc.. Amazing stick for the $$...cant wait to put some serious age on the rest!0
