    Yea they water the hell out of it...this picture is actually looking down on the corn a little....that corn is almost 9 feet tall, originally im from thw southern Oklahoma and North Texas area and the corn and the deer down there are small compared to up here!

    is it eating corn or just for livestock feed?

    Thanks! It wasn't an ironman or anything, but it was a good time. The swim portion left something to be desired. It was on the Ohio river, and there was a bunch of debris near the shore. Had to swim through all sorts of logs and sticks and who knows what. Have another one in a couple of weeks, so more training.

    The corn in the back ground of the picture is for livestock...the 40 acres to the right that is out of the picture is sweet corn for us to eat...they harvested that yesterday....i wish i would have know that, and i would haveborrowed a few ears....
