Our annual, once a year, post-tourist season venture to Cap'n Frosty's for fried clams cod, clam cakes, and Cole slaw. I can feel my arteries slamming shut but it was worth it.

Fancy.. Ours was screwed to the wall
Our first phone didn't even have a rotary dial, just take it off the hook, listen to hear if anyone else was using the party line, and flip the hook a couple of times, tell the operator what number you wanted to be connected to.
