I'm in the garage having a Diesel Wicked while the wind outside is blowing about 40 mph. The electric space heater is getting a work out. I like this stick.

Smoking a HdM EE tonight. My first one from my December 2011 batch. Smoking this one tonight to compare it with the one that jeep sent me in a few days to see how the time difference has changed this blend. It's a tough job, but somebody's gotta do it. lol

Delicate mist in the harbor tonight, like wet lace. Love it, and enjoyed the construction of a well-made 5 Vegas AAA.

Yep. This one is def hitting the spot. The one I sent you is from the same Dec 2011 box. They are already smoking good, I'm gonna try to keep at least a few of these till they get 3-4 years on em and see how they do at that point.

YES, very impressive cigar!!! Good, smooth and flavorful.
Jthanathos (James) bombed me with these last summer(?), and they were good ROTT, but I think they've gotten much better with a little humi-time. Mellowed out a bit and the flavors seem to have improved with age, not as "peppery" as they were ROTT.

And I got a real interesting flavor on the cold draw, still not quite sure what it was ---- almost like a peppermint or citrus, IDK never experienced that flavor before and I've been rattling my brain trying to figure out what it was.

Last night while playing poker with the brothers on this site, I had a Hoyo de Monterrey du Gourmet with 3+ years on it....very nice indeed. Congrats to Glock on the victory last night.

Fired up a stick from Glock that he got at a rolling event down in the Caribbean. Turns out the cigar was pretty mild, especially compared to the Founders Porter I was sipping. IMAG0107

Founders beer is so freakin good. How was the cigar? Look like you really did run out of "winter" sticks.
