"LA AROME DE CUBA" Here is California at 1537hrs
Here is another hobby of mine, Military History, nothing like smokin a premium stick and goiing back in time
Today was a Joya De Nicaragua Antano Belicoso. Plenty of Woody, coffee, and Leather tastes going on. Once again not as full bodied as I would have expected ( at least for me)
I was expecting a real hard hitter. Maybe I'm just getting used to the fuller sticks.
A CAO Brazilia with maybe 10-12mo on it. I enjoyed them at first, but man they mellow out great. Soooo smooth with a mild cocoa sweetness. I really like it! If you enjoy the Brazilias, try em after holding onto one for a while
This if my first smoke that I'm having from when I went MOW crazy with Tim 11 months ago.... I bought 2 of each Man O War I could get my hands on with a Tim Super Sampler.
Having the PADILLA 1948 LIMTADA, ANYWAY, I wanted share how prices have changed since the fall out of the CIGAR boom in the lates 80's & 90"s when I started to get into the smoke, I thought it cool to only buy the cool name brands and besides these are the only names they had back then, that I new of anyway I would buy, H. UPMANN/PUNCH/PRIMO DEL REY/PARTAGAS. and a few others. I posted the picture of the cutter I bought back then, it looks like the cutters we have now, back then I bought for impressing not for smoking, anyway look at the cutter it was $75.00 CAN U EVEN IMAGINE THAT. I found it last week, we have moved several times and I thought I lost it, so when I found it and relized that this is no different than what we have now, except it says ZINO ON ONE SIDE AND DAVIDOFF ON THE OTHER (did i spell it right) so this is why it was the price it was, I can not even believe this big deal right? the same type cutter is down the street and online for maybe $8-20 depending on how well it's made, just thought I would share with U I wonder if this cutter is the same price today
