Ya'll are brutal. Making me feel like my humi is crap.
The tape, well I guess one may find out what it's for.
Here is a view with the door open.
well sweeeeet ! Full tower. Nice my man.
It's my $250 find. Quite proud of it. LOL!
damn ! Why can I never get finds like that !
My wife was telling the local B&M owner that I was looking to buy a cabinet for about $250.
He tells her that he might be able to come up with a tower for $250, because he gets a tower on a promo deal on the next $5,000 purchase he makes on cigars.
I was thinking that $5k was a huge purchase and it would be some time before he made the purchase.
A couple weeks later he tells me he has the order in and the tower is on it's way.
He had this one already in the lounge part and had been using it to store special cigars for certain customers. When the new tower showed up, it was a cherry wood finish and he liked it better than the black one, so he sent me home with the black one.
I was good with that. LOL!
It came with the Hydra electronic humidifier, which is almost $100 by itself.
So needless to say, I'm a loyal customer at the local B&M.
In Fumo Pax Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy cigars and that's close enough.

Cool story bro!
Seriously... pays to get to know your local tobacconist! Nice deal!

Photo on top is what I have now. One humidor (5 Vegas) is for resting and one is for smoking. The rest are empty and bought when I foolishly thought I could get away with using small humidors. Warning for all new cigar smokers.
Photo on the bottom is what I plan to convert to a really good humidor with all the bells and whistles.
Haven't posted mine in a while...not much has changed since last time I posted my set-up but I'll share again anyways.
I did some rearranging recently, updated humidifiers, condensed some boxes, etc.
Display shelf/Overall setup:
Misc Ohio U "collectibles" and empty boxes on top shelf, desktop humis and misc cigar items next shelf down, empty "new" cigar boxes below that that I've bought or been gifted, and "old"/"antique" empty cigar boxes on bottom shelf that wife bought for me at an estate sale and a few that I got from my in-laws.
Small, desktop humidor for "infused" sticks.
Been trying to work it down, once it's empty it will get reseasoned and I plan to use it for ISOMs.
Glasstop desktop humi (with initials engraved!)
Bday gift from my wife a while back. My first humi and what got me "into the hobby".
Glasstop bottom shelf; Vitrues FTW!!
And the "coolidor"
All rearranged and packed snugly!
(And in case you're wondering; yes I took the pics with a potato)
I like the baskets method you got there, boots.
Great for maximizing space and keeping things *somewhat* organized.
The 3 of 'em stack just right, inside the cooler. They take up most of the space, but leave me enough room for KL, bovedas, or even my black ice jars, if I choose to.

Lucky fit.
I tried to use a similar style plastic basket in mine but the dimensions were too different from my "cooler".
Ended up having about 1/3 of the total space go "unused", so ditched them for a hodge podge of empty cigar boxes. It works, but my OCD-ness wants the neat, uniform baskets like you got.
