I've sold 2 houses that were paid for. It's set aside for a motor home and retirement, but if we were staying in this house, I would seriously consider adding another room for a walk in. If I could get rid of kids, one of the extra bedrooms would probably get lined in spanish cedar. LOL!

The coolerdor is seasoning! Shelves and the new hygrometer arrived this morning. I was like a kid on Christmas day.
My only gripe is that the shelves are slightly wider than advertised so I can't set them side by side as I'd hoped. Suppose I could plane them down but they'll do for now.

Sand them down to fit, just wear a mask Spanish cedar dust is fine as hell. Should not take very long with a belt sander. Also as stated before you can fit way more in there the other way.

I was admiring your cooler and came up with an idea for you, (if you haven't thought of it already). To free up a little bit of space you might attach those big 'ol bovedas to the underside of your wire shelves with zip ties or bungee cords or whatever.
