I picked up some yellow VA and Smyrna blending tobaccos that I plan on using with a cigar to make a blend. Just need to pick a cigar and cut it into coins with a cutter, mix it up, vac-seal, and wait.
I also picked up a small clay pipe, my first, a windscreen, my first, and another pipe tool, this one with a pleasing Greek key design and a scoop. Not shown is a bag of pipe cleaners.

I've had a couple of clay pipes, in Germany. Very good at transmitting the flavor of the tobacco, but they ghost more than meerschaum. And they get hot.
Personally, I would add latakia to the VA and Smyrna. I'd be curious about maybe a New World Cameroon if you're interested in adding cigar, though. Let us know how it comes out, whatever you decide.

I've got some blending Latakia I could add. Hadn't considered a New World Cameroon, I've got plenty of those, I was considering using some of the Room 101 Teufel Hunden cigars I picked up and wasn't wild about but then I though maybe I should use a cigar I actually like.

Nice haul, David. I just learned that Dan Tobacco makes the Former and HU blends as well as their own. I still haven't tried last year's 8 St. Burley so I skipped this year.

I picked up 1 pound of Mac Baren HH Pure Virginia Flake and finally got a brown Falcon pipe stem that I've been wanting for a couple of years. (shown with a FalCob bowl from Michael Morgason)

Picked this up, not sure if I'll try to use it to clean any pipes or just save it as a keepsake.
