I have a question. When you download a few episodes of an Amazon Prime Video, is it necessary to somehow delete them after watching them so as to not use up all your memory?
You shouldn't have to. Once you close the app, it should clear everything out of the memory, if you mean your phone.
If you mean the FireTV stick, then once you watch it and it goes to the next show or episode, it should only retain the position memory, not the entire show. Meaning it will keep your spot where you stopped watching the show.
Where you run into problems is when you open many apps. You might have to restart the stick. To do that, go to Settings, then Device, then restart the device.
In Fumo Pax Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy cigars and that's close enough.
Heckuva deal. As usual, Mr. Murray, sir, you’ve delivered in the clutch. I’ve been watching a few episodes on my iPhone so as not to keep my child bride awake. And I was afraid I might use up my available memory storing already-watched episodes.
I finally figured out how to listen to music via the FireStick but haven’t tried any movies or videos yet. I really enjoy the background music.

Glad I could help. The music feature of streaming the Amazon Prime Music is really nice. We buy Amazon cards from Walgreens and load them on Amazon, then when we find a movie we want to buy, we don't have to enter credit card info. Not to mention that we don't have to use a credit card at all with Amazon. But there is a lot of movies available on Prime. I like a lot of old westerns and they have a decent selection on Prime. And if you like cars and comedy, Grand Tour is funny.

Just finished the 4th season of Peaky Blinders. That was a solid show
Team O'Donnell FTW!

We found out today that we can download movies we purchased on Amazon to our tablet. Little Tree watched "her" movies all the way to Portland and back.
I gotta tell you though, after watching Disney's Moana a hundred times, it gets a little old. LOL!

She watched Trolls on the way home last night. We have her car seat set up with Bluetooth speakers, so the sound doesn't have to be very loud and we hardly hear the movies.

We watched Lincoln, Daniel Day Lewis and many others in a fantastic performance centered around the passing of the 13th amendment, which 8% of High School Seniors were able to identify as being the end of official slavery in America. Very moving.
Also, we recently watched a series called Morocco, Love in Times of War. Sort of a cross between a war movie and a Latin soap opera, subtitled. By the end of it some of my Spanish was starting to come back to me, Lol. It may also truly be the story of the beginning of the Red Cross, I'm going to have to look that up.
(Pause, to "Google" it.)
Nope, not. But still interesting.

Going to jump into this, coupled with the move mid-March, hopefully leave satellite behind. Most of the providers have a free trial of varying lengths so should be able to sort it out before the move.
THE EXPANSE It is possibly the best SciFy show ever put on TV. Every episode is MOVIE quality. I binged on the 2 seasons straight through. The more you get into it the better the special effects get AND it has a great plot line, all twisty and turny. Perfect choice for characters, the acting is great. Do yourself a favor and watch it.
Season 3 starts on April 11th. DVR is already set up.

The books are great also, the show does a good job following them so far.
FORTITUDE 2 seasons Binging again. Something big is coming and it hooks you. Great cast. In the cold north. It is building to something and plot line does it well. New characters introduced along the way. If you die there you never decompose.
I'm watching Shameless (US version). Definitely not family friendly, but very well written. It's blackly funny and emotionally painful at the same time. It's one of those that you love to watch, but you don't love that you love to watch it.

Ingrid and Lola French with subtitles, I think it is the only drawback. Retired top cop and strange friend that has been everywhere and changes(you will have to watch). Funny throughout, even the subtitles. Great characters. 2 episodes

If so, how is that done?
