My sincerest prayers for all those hurting or have loved ones hurting. May God ease the suffering and speed healing on. I can't imagine what I'd be like if all this were happening to my children or my grandson. God bless you all.
Just found out a cousin of mine who is only 12 was having a lot of pain and ended up being sent to three different hospitals before finding the right specialist. They discovered a mass around her bladder and will be doing a biopsy of it. The doctor told her mom to just start praying so let's send a few more her way.
I apologize for being lengthy here, bear with me. Generally take life happily as it comes and put the tough stuff in His hands. He usually provides me with peace beyond my understanding. For some reason I am real uneasy of late and having a hard time shaking the concerns that are coming. I go in on 8/8 to have both knees replaced so could use some prayer on that. Now the hospital called and said my EKG was "irregular" so now I have to get Cardiac clearance. Don't know what "irregular" means, but guess I will find out tomorrow. More prayer. Found out recently I have been investigated for running a cigar business at work. They put trackers on my computer and said cuz I have a copy of my database on my work computer it shows I am using company stuff to make a profit. Proved to them that wasn't the case it was just data, but on Thursday I was told I am being suspended for a week without pay for "misusing" company property. Don't mind the time off, but doesn't look good on a resume! They said it doesn't make sense that anyone would just give away expensive cigars, there must be a commercial reason for tracking everything. (I admit, I am a bit of a data ho) Anyway, more prayer. Lesson to pass on; even if you don't use time at work or any of their resources (mail, printer, etc) just having info stored on a company machine can get you in trouble! Glen, @tabako, I am so sorry to hear about the series of troubles and made things that are going on, it is always so trying to deal with this stuff but even harder when it comes one after another after another, especially when some of them don't even make sense. I will absolutely be sending prayers your way and will be hoping for the very best for you and the family! Thank you for sharing all of this and will be thinking of you and praying for you regularly!

Thanks so much. I am in the Orthopedic Surgeons office and I just got clearance from the Cardiac Dr. Says I have the heart of Seattle Slew! Good news so far Also contacted a lawyer about my work situation, which he says is "disparate treatment" under the law and grounds for a lawsuit. Prayers are working, feeling less overwhelmed! Prayers requested. My best friend's father passed away today from a massive hard attack. It is hard enough that I am 1,000 miles away and won't be able to attend services because of financial reasons but...My best friend Rod died 10 years ago the 17th from osteosarcoma (bone cancer). August is hard enough since his birthday was the 3rd and he passed away two weeks later, but this is the kicker. His dad "Big Rod" was a second father to me. He is the second greatest man I know after my father. His whole family was a second family to me and it is really hard not being able to be there. Thanks guys!
