I had some tuna with Bell Peppers, crushed cashews and this fantastic hot sauce from @CalvinAndHobo
Damned good stuff."Cooking isn't about struggling; It's about pleasure. It's like sǝx, with a wider variety of sauces."

I didn't want to but had to bomb a good friend to get some more of that sauce.A little dirt never hurt3

Meal prep Sunday. Figured I’d take a picture this time. Mongolian beef with short ribs instead of flank steak. And I added bacon, because it’s bacon and duh. First intentionally overcooked the bacon in the oven, crumbled it up, and saved it. Used the fat to cook the asparagus (I prefer it to Chinese broccoli) and added some garlic and salt. Then coated the ribs in corn starch, pan fried them, set them aside and made the sauce with soy sauce, brown sugar, molasses, water, and some spices. Added the ribs back in and let the corn starch on the ribs thicken the sauce. Rice is cooking on a different burner during this. Added asparagus and green onion and bacon crumbles and mixed it up. Now set for the week.

Fried up some lamb chops and baked macaroni and cheese, with about a gallon of iced tea because it was really HAWT.

Best damn burger we’ve ever had or made! Garlic loaf sliced and toasted in butter, ancho chili and garlic aioli sauce home made, battered and fried fresh jalapeño slices, onion and tomatoe, and a killer pattie made from ground beef and pork mix! All of it sourced from the farmers market today, yummy!!!

I reverse seared some killer ribeyes with my own rub on them. I was too hungry to take pictures. Steamed asparagus on the side with some cheddar and sour cream mashed potatoes. When I was dropping one in the skillet I actually dropped it and oil exploded all over me. I burned my lip and my eyebrow and left forearm. Ruined some clothes, but it could have been much worse. For once, I'm thankful for wearing glasses.

I like Oliva and Quesada (including Regius) a lot. I will smoke anything, though.1 -
Stupid pizza of the week from my favorite pizzeria/brewery. They have a special every week, some are mild, some are wild. Some are sweet, some are...not.From their Facebook page, "This week's 'Stupid Pizza of the Week' starts with an applewood smoked bbq sauce, then we add pecanwood smoked bacon, pulled chicken, onion, jalapenos, and cheese. We also have a BBQ Burger this week with our house-ground hamburger patties, bbq sauce, fried onions, and pepperjack cheese."
They meant it with the jalapenos. I broke a sweat eating
