PIZZA pizza! My wife made the crust from scratch, topped with bbq sauce, grilled chicken, caramelized red onion and bacon! Our first try and it looks pretty AWSOME!
If it tastes half as good as it looks you got an incredible pizza pie. You and your wife make a great culinary team. If you guys don't own a pizza joint, you might consider opening one.
Channeled @Patrickbrick a bit tonight with the pellet grill, potatoes & bacon & seasonings in a cast iron Dutch oven, bacon wrapped asparagus, and steak reverse seared in a cast iron pan on the grill.

Wife is going out of town this week. I've prepared the only way I know how. Gonna have meat sweats for days. Two beef bone in New yorks, 6 beef filet mignon, 4 elk loins, and about 3 pounds of elk loin chops.
Tomorrow we've got VIP passes for the annual rib cook-off. 5 hours of all you can eat ribs, and all you can drink beer. I'm gonna be sick for 2 days afterwards.

Saturday, we celebrated my wife's birthday a little late with some beautiful well-marbled Prime Angus strips reverse seared to her preferred medium. They were accompanied with loaded Hasselback style potatoes and balsamic Parmesan roasted Brussels Sprouts.
Sunday, my 14 YO boy grilled some perfect burgers for us. 85-15 meat. Some friends over after church. Farmer Market tomato galore. Yum.
Monday for lunch we broke out the panini press and had a smorgasbord of toasted sandwiches with various sweet and hot peppers from the garden to accompany.
For supper, I made a pork tenderloin crusted in garlic and herbs. Smashed red potato and green bean casserole like your great-aunt used to make at the family holiday gathering.
Intelligence is knowing that a tomato is a fruit; wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.
I like Oliva and Quesada (including Regius) a lot. I will smoke anything, though.

Marinated in @CalvinAndHobo hot sauce, smoked with hickory and cherry, then grilled to add char and depth. These are the best wings I have ever had and it's all about the sauce!

Is that chicken tortilla soup Steve? Either way looks good!
Chicken, Goya chorizo, and golden potato soup. Garnished with a lime wedge, fresh cilantro, avocado, tortilla strips, white quesadilla cheese, and thin sliced fresh jalapenos.

This week's 'Stupid Pizza of the Week' starts with a sweet & spicy plum sauce, then we had crispy duck, bacon, mozzarella, and green onion.it's not super pretty but that duck and plum sauce really makes this one great
Pasta tonight with a fresh red sauce made with paste tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, and oregano all from our garden and Italian sausage and mushrooms from the store and to give it a little kick a sprinkle of dried chipotle. Italians call it pissed off pasta because of the fire and heat. We topped it with a nice hard American grana cheese. Along side we had a lettuce, onion and gorgonzola salad with oakleaf, buttercrunch, arugula, and escarole all from the garden dressed with a garlic, mustard, honey, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil dressing.
