It uses a "ghost kitchen" concept. It's a covid invention that this guy named "Mr Beast," apparently a big viral YouTuber, came up with. Basically, he made this brand. Struggling or slow restaurants can use their spare capacity to make his menu. Then it's ubered to customers.
For example, this place called Xtreme Wings or some such nonsense is super slow, so they also prepare Mr Beast Burger items. People order beast burgers from the app. Xtreme Wings gets the notice and prepares the order in their wing store, and then Uber delivers it.
Xtreme Wings gets a cut, as does Uber and Beast. Now, you can go to Xtreme Wings and order wings, but you can't order Beast. Only thru the app.
Beast sends the packaging to Xtreme and trains them on the recipes and other important stuff.
There's like 400 locations I'm the US....
