Steak and potatoes on the pellet grill trying a new charcoal pellet we just brought into the shop hopefully it's good I said we should try it and I think we got half a pallet 1200lbs.
Also hotdogs and trigs world famous brats. Ill have everyone covered...

48 hour SV chuck roast. Real tender and good but next time I might try 40 hours to get more of a steak texture as opposed to a pot roast texture.
Also took the leftovers and made lunch for tomorrow.
Almond tortilla, horseradish cream, chuck roast, caramelized onions and mushrooms cooked in the air fryer.
Slow cooked lamb with a balsamic reduction sauce and feta cheese.

Making a large pot of beef stew for tomorrow's snow day, having a slice of apple pie for lunch today.
The better half is working from home today, so I prepared shrimp & prosciutto carbonara pasta for lunch.
Chili Rellenos, roasted and peeled poblano chilis stuffed with black beans, pork, tomatoes, cheese, and fresh corn with plantains browned in butter
