    Not sure about tonight but tomorrow night will be a Sous Vide Chuck roast that's will have been cooked for 48 hours. Looking forward to trying it!

    Just got mine.

    I've done steak which was awesome, shrimp, chicken breast which I won't cook any other way and now this chuck roast. I've heard chuck roast turns out like prime rime, we shall see.

    I'm curious about smoking a brisket for a few hours and finishing in the SV just as an experiment.
