Enjoy the anniversary Ro. I'm sure the wife can use some special attention right now.

Not a big candy/sweets guy, but if I needed something quick would be a Snickers

Congrats on your anniversary brother!!!! My favorite candy bar has always been peppermint patties.

Almond Joy -- but there's an awful lot of good ones

Snickers might be my favorite nowadays. It was historically Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, but I find myself reaching for a Snickers more and more when the opportunity arises.

Congrats Ro. I think it would usually be a Kit-Kat.

While it's technically not a bar, my favorite candy is Reese's cups. If I had to pick a bar though, I'd probably say Kit Kat.

Baby Ruth, kinda like a Snickers but like them better for some reason.

At the moment, I would say Almond Joy...when they come out with a dark chocolate almond joy instead of milk chocolate, there will be no doubt. But Kit Kat, especially the Big Kat is really good, too. Lindt chocolate bar with chili pepper in it is good as well, but not very traditional. And oh, there's some other one I haven't had in a long time, but I can't remember it's name...do any of you? Now what was it called? Watchamacallit? Help me out here.

I like Oliva and Quesada (including Regius) a lot.  I will smoke anything, though.

It's been a few days since my last question. But have you ever caught a fly with you bare hands?
I have...at least 10x...gross but cool @ the same time.
  • rsherman24rsherman24 Posts: 7,305 ✭✭✭✭✭
I caught one with a pair of chopsticks. Oh wait, that was a movie.

I've caught many flies with my bare hands. I actually got really good at catching them alive when I was a kid. I discovered that flies have incredible vision but the only things that will make them fly away while they are landed is any movement in front of them or a sudden movement behind them.

If you have patience and a steady hand, you can slowly bring your hand down from behind them and completely cover them and they won't fly away.

    Try it sometime.

Heck my kid sister Edith used to catch flies and eat 'em. Thought they were tasty.
