It's funny. People from California don't know how bad the place has become, at least until they spend some time in one of the free states.
I guess it's like smells. You don't notice it after a while.
You live in fuçking Massachusetts bro. It's California with bad weather.

California in its entirety, is a lot redder than I realized. And in many of the districts the margins are close.
Look at New York State, it may surprise you as well.

While searching for memes to share I found this, and it reminded me of one of the most embarrassing times of my childhood. I forget exactly how old I was, maybe early teens, but I never learned how to pronounce va-gina before I said it wrong in front of my friends. I had a great aunt named Regina, (Ruh-jeena) and I assumed va-gina rhymed with Regina. For years I was kicking myself. "I coulda' just said p_ssy."
When will people come to realize that the fashion industry's ripped/worn blue jeans are a fake working class look that doesn't make one look authentic?

Does that mean you can make fun of people for misspelling words, because it means they learned them by running their fucçking mouths?

If processed meats are loaded with nitrates, and those are bad for you, why don't they just stop adding nitrates?
Nitrates prevent botulism and other bacteria. If you want lunch meat without them, just look at borse head. They had all kinds of botulism 2 months ago.

Those of you with school age kids, do they teach cursive anymore? And if they don't, how do kids learn to sign their name?
Look at doctor signatures and mimic. They taught cursive, but I was always jealous of other signatures.
It was an elective in third grade for my oldest daughter and by the time my youngest two went through third grade, it was no longer an elective. They print their names.

We were forced to do it when I went through. My kids are 7 and 5, and they haven't started anything like cursive yet. They do know some sign language though which is really cool. I feel like that's more useful than cursive anyways.

I think future generations will revel when they look back at our cursive writing, much like we (or just me) held proper penmanship from the quill and ink well times.

I agree with that sentiment. My grandpa used to do calligraphy and I’ve always been fascinated by it. We will continue down the road of being more casual it looks like.

How does a 20 year old kid get top secret government clearance?
When I was 19 I did some contract IT work at a military base and had too get top secret clearance. I had to sign a bunch of NDA's also. I don't recall seeing anything, but the chance was there.

Of course, if you DID see anything, you'd still have to tell us that you didn't. Right? We could start a whole new thread. Conjecture over what Wylaff saw. Probably not productive in a real world sense, but, could be funny?

They’re preservatives. Shelf life of those meats would drop tremendously and they’d lose too many profits.
I'd pay extra for meats without them. Love sausage.

Can't have future generations reading and writing cursive. Then they'd be able to read the constitution. That would be dangerous to those in power.
