Chicken thigh meat wrapped in bacon on a bed of red jalapeno sauce then drizzled with crema fresca & guacamole/serrano sauce. Topped with a slice of fresh serrano pepper.

Little Debbie pumpkin spice cookie. I love anything pumpkin spice. I think I would eat a pumpkin spice steak if I could get one.
Now that I go back and read that, it’s kind of gross. No steak for me but I still love pumpkin spice.

Just had a bread-less sandwich of 3 pepper Colby-jack and chicken breast paired with a butter pecan flavored decaf iced coffee.
Made some pumpkin chocolate chip bread for the family. I hear it's good. Fresh pumpkin of course.
