    I just got it yesterday. Most of the benefits of cast iron without most of the hassle. I have a feeling I'm going to be using it a lot.

    Had a nice ripe papaya with a little lime juice splashed on it. Was gone too fast for pics. My wife says what's that? She's from Kentucky so why would she know, which could relate to you. If the papaya isn't ripe you will have no joy, I would compare it to an avocado it should give a little, maybe a little more than avocado.
