How do you keep the cheese from running out all over, I try wrapping bacon all over the end and I still have melted cheese all over?

I leave the cheese in the package, in the fridge. No cheese in this dish. Seasoned chicken thigh strips wrapped in mesquite smoked bacon on a mixture of red jalapeno & cream salsa, drizzled with an avacado/serrano hot sauce and mexican table cream, topped with a thin slice of fresh serrano pepper.

That looks awesome and sounds even better.

    A little dirt never hurt

    Salty Snacks: Size Matters

In America, estimates are that nearly a quarter of daily caloric intake comes from snacks. A recent study published in Appetite from Penn State may have implications for helping people to better understand how their eating behavior impacts calories and sodium intake, finding that the size of an individual snack piece influences both how fast a person eats it and how much of it they eat.
