IT'S THE SNIPER GET EM!!!!!! I hate the fact I just got off work and have to go back in less than 8 hours.
No not the sniper... lol But is that a fallout 3 avatar? If so +1 I'm finding it weird that my ex GF got a message from my hacked email account and is now holding a civil conversation with me... WTF!

Yes Sir it's a Fallout 3 avatar, found it in my collection while trying to find a decent one for these forums.
I hate going into work this early.
I hate getting up early to make coffee and finding out I'm out of coffee.... Coffee makes EVERYTHING mo betta.
+10....... That is the worst.
Damn that is pretty bad. Along with that I hate when you are hungry and don't have any food in the house. I also hate that this is my last post until I can count all my sticks. See you guys in a few days.
Getting a phone call from work on your day off telling you that a hot water tank blew 2 hours after all the supply houses are closed and your hotel is sold out so you have to find a place for 8 guests to stay.

Idiot kids that keep getting into trouble which results in more work for me.
i have an action plan for this. when someone else is late, i pick up the slack. when someone **** up, i fix it. when someone quits unexpectedly, i take the shift when a difficult job needs to be done i volunteer. when someone else is struggling to learn, i teach them when all hell breaks loose, i am the calming agent.
when reviews time comes around, i have documented all of these actions. when its time for a promotion, i get it.

...so far its worked out well.
I do the same thing, only I just get no days off as a result, which I hate, also I don't really get a promotion as there is nowhere but Management for me to go and with the "quality" of my current managers I don't want to become that which I hate.
I think Steve may feel the same way I do---and while it may result in promotion sometimes....it will more often result in more work and more expectations for the same pay------while the guy you thought was the dou*hebag gets to have "business meetings" where he is absent for days at a time with no one to leave him accountable.
All drivers from Michigan (present company excluded)
The Michigan license plate because it is so F*CKING boring
The drive from Birmingham to Knoxville

hahah sooooo boring! had to drive up with my sister after i got off on saturday (of course it was THE busiest day of the year). Naturally, after a day full of manual labor, i was ready to sleep. My sister, however, thought that since she couldnt sleep, i shouldnt be able to either.... So, every time i started drifting off, she slammed on the brakes!! i was sooo pissed!! i was in knoxville for my brother's son's baptism and that was kind of fun except i felt really bad because i was finally comfortable holding jake (michael's baby) and then he starts wrigling around and bangs his head in the wall... Uh-oh!! honestly though, knoxville wasnt near as bad as i expected!
+1
Like Alex I really hate working 7 days a week (done it 3 times out of the past 4 weeks)
Having it be 10pm wanting to smoke a stick and coming to the realization I have to go to bed too damn soon
Not being able to raid in World of Warcraft anymore due to my first sentence.

found out today that my position will probably be disolved come next year...looks like I better finish up my teaching certification...
oh and one more thing to add...I hate the thing that cleans the pool out back because I swear it knows when I am smoking a good cigar and the f-ing thing climbs its self up the wall and sprays water everywhere...damn thing.

Yeah that's the current state of the work world. Longer hours, lower pay, and now the company gives you a cell phone so they can contact you anytime.... I don't feel entitled to anything, but I do believe business should handle themselves with some civility.
the freakn Astros...how bad could a MLB ball club be?? I feel like the fans in "Major League" when I read the line up cards and stories. Way to go Drayton McClain, keep driving the ball club into the ground.
