Most middle school aged kids don't buy their own clothing, is what I was thinking.
The vape pen was found on the floor of the classroom. Unclear who facilitated it's purchase, but sounds like middle schoolers these days, at least at my Wife's school, are more like high schoolers of my time. It could have been "borrowed" from the kid's parents.
Went over to my Niece's house for my grand nephew's 2nd birthday and family drama. "Uncle" L*** dropped a baggie of weed from one of the pockets of his cargo pants. When he was apologizing after learning of the dangers of a kid getting ahold of it and ingesting it, he explained that it'll never happen again after explaining that it did happen before at someone else's house.
