Surely one of the greatest movies of all time. The smallest country on the planet (Grand Fenwick) decides to attack the US. And successfully does so. The Mouse That Roared-------Peter Seller's roll of the Grand Dutchess is priceless
I love that movie! That's actually one of the movies I did previously that Sniper won. Great flick, but, not correct.
Keep thinking about my expansion of clue #1, that New York is a big place that includes more than just NYC. In fact, NYC isn't in the movie at all. Another clue to come tonight...
Yes!!! Winner!!! This is one of my all-time favorite movies. For those of you unfamiliar with this story I'll explain how it fits the clues:
It takes place in the Mohawk and Hudson river valleys of New York during the French and Indian War. Based on James Fenimore Cooper's book, part of the Longstocking Saga, the main character and his indian family are trying to protect a British General's two daughters from their enemy, the Huron, who have sworn a blood vengeance against the General and his family.
wooo hooo!!! yeah, that was an interesting movie... I remember watching it in a Sociology class in college... PM incoming and I'll have a movie up today...
ok... New Movie:
Hint #1: I saw this movie as a kid (I'm 33) and it was one of the first movies my family watched on VHS... It was pretty popular at the time and has been spoofed many times since

Beatnic, you have an incoming pm.
The landscape gets a lot of attention in the film and a biologist is part of the storyline.
Hint: The movie is foreign made, but I've seen it on US cable several times.
The main roles are a biologist, a school teacher, and a bushman.
Someone was crazy enough to make this odd movie, and I enjoyed it. Sent me your location Rob and yea shall reap your rewards.

Hint #2: only one actor from this movie went on to have a decent film/TV career
