I heard they're going to test employees for nicotine use and sanction or fire them if they come up positive. Seems strange. Tomatoes have a very high nicotine content, as do some other foods.

Now that weed is becoming legal in various places they need to establish a precedent that they can still continue to destroy peoples lives for legal as well as illegal activities. Wouldn't want people making their own decisions concerning life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, would we?

I have always believed that what you do in the privacy of your home is your business. And as long as it causes no harm to anyone else, and you do not try and force it on others, then what is the problem? There has been a lot of moves since the obozo reign, both subtle and out right, to stick some noses in our personal business. From doctors and DCS asking if you own any firearms, to my health insurance company trying to gain entry into my house. Like the man said, don't test for drug and alcohol use on the job or while driving because your too busy sticking your noses where they do not belong. As we all know laws are for honest people, and it seems, a lot of honest people are on a lot of radar screens.
Are you talking censoring words or posts? For the first time I tried posting that I was going to buy some Jacob's Ladders and got a message saying it will be posted when approved. Been a day and still no post.
Now this is not the end of the cigar. It is not even the beginning of the end of the cigar. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning of the cigar.

"There is, however, a catch. The definition of premium cigars in this bill is defined as having a retail price of no less than $12. Such a pricing structure would only cover a portion of the premium cigar industry.
“Although today’s vote is significant progress towards saving America’s historic premium cigar industry, we still have more work to do," added Newman. "A minimum price of $12 per cigar is problematic, particularly since the price of premium cigars varies greatly across the country due to different state tax rates. Additionally, FDA’s own data shows that fewer than 25 percent of premium cigars are sold for more than $10.”
The bill still has a few more legislative steps to go before it’s signed into law. First, it must pass the House, and then, the Senate."

You mean you don't think they're doing us a service by protecting us from ourselves? I don't know about you but I enjoy having liberal elites do my thinking for me. Much better than freedom and personal responsibility.

So is that $12 retail or is that $12 sale price. Cause I can say something is $12 retail and sell if for $5 discounted and it is still $12 retail. Just thinking.

I really get tired of seeing crap "announced" that it will be released, only to never see it available.
Even though it is cameroon, I will probably not seek this one out.
And this censor on this forum is really getting tiring.
