Cooked up surf and turf for the family last night on Mother's Day. Fresh, marinated shrimp, fresh Mahi filet and some NY strip steaks...Oldest's girlfriend did some crab-stuffed mushrooms. Everyone got to enjoy some of everything and there wasn't a spec left over when we were done...One of the best meals we've had in awhile!

Every week I buy a pork loin or two and cut it into pork chops. Today I threw two in the smoker before cutting them. I now have 48 absolutely beautiful chops already cooked for the wife to drop in a pan as needed. And another rack of ribs. Just for practice.
