I'm not sure what is for dinner yet, but dessert is the Edison Chocolate Bulb, a triple chocolate brownie, macerated strawberries, vanilla bean ice cream, and hot caramel.

What the menu did not detail was the presentation of said dessert. The brownie was on the bottom, with the strawberries and a scoop of ice cream on top of it, and covered by a hard shell of chocolate which was pre-formed into a ball or bulb shape, and not touching the ice cream. Then, at the table, the server poured hot caramel over the whole thing, melting the chocolate shell and causing it to drip and ooze over the ice cream and brownie. It was great, as was the entire meal, from appetizer through dessert. If you are ever in the Charleston/James Island area, I recommend Edison James Island for a terrific (albeit pricey) dinner.

A large salad from the garden with some salmon bits, feta cheese, and hard boiled eggs. Oven roasted potatoes. I am so glad the garden is back in production mode.

Salmon, fresh green beans, and rice. For dessert, a Greek yogurt bar.
Yesterday, today, and tomorrow, a big pot of beef barley soup and corn bread.

Grilled Mediterranean Chicken, Dolma, chilled couscous with feta & spinach, hummus, baba ghannouj, chabatta bread and a nice Sauvignon Blanc.
What did you stuff the dolma with?
Store bought, we cheated. From Central Market up in San Antonio. Rice, sunflower oil, mint, black pepper, dill, onion.
Shirataki ramen with sliced pork butt. 😋
Pork chops, cilantro & lime rice, zucchini.
Another iteration of Thai Basil Chicken Bowl, this time with Taro Root Fries.
Gonna listen to Tchaikovsky’s 5th Symphony with the wife later on....
@stubble, suddenly this makes sense. You can't make this stuff up.
Hope springs eternal. But you know it won't work.

Some barbecued country ribs from last night. I was trying not to overdo the sauce. Turns out I should have used more. Live and learn.
(They were still good though!)

Gourmet night: a frozen pizza garnished with hot dog chunks. Stubble never rises to such heights.
That's one hellofa combination, Edward.

Mustard helped
Exactly! I'll bet @Stubble never even considered such a combination.
Dated a girl who's family served hot dog soup one night. Never ate there again. Broke up with her shortly after.

I like hot dog soup. I use Hebrew National dogs and put Kimchi in mine.
There’s been many a night I cut up a hotdog to put in a bowl of 20cent ramen noodles
I think we have driven Professor Stubble away or given him mental food poisoning.
Made some Chili tonight. Didn't have diced tomatoes so I had to use tomato sauce and some cut up tomatoes instead.
