A frozen pizza. I tried to get a real one but all the local shops are on winter on Cape Cod schedule and close early except for one that charges $27 for a large veggie pizza.
Last night I had mac&cheese with a whole package of bacon crumbled into it and a couple breaded, fried chicken tenders chopped up in it. Interesting. My son's idea.

Egg Foo Yung. Basically a bunch of small Chinese omelets. Mung Bean sprouts, shredded chicken breast, mushrooms, onions, soy sauce, eggs, and rice wine.

Red Lentil Soup with Coconut Milk and Spinach. Lots of mid-eastern spices. My other had it straight and I tempered mine with a fried hamburger paddy stuffed with cheese and buried in my soup.
