    Uh, maybe I missed it, but what about that video says anything about a firing range or anything similar?  I’m not defending the guy or the station but I just don’t get it.

    The original video from 2017 is posted by the same guy in the replies to the tweet. The tweet will open up in your browser or in the app, if you have it, when you click on his name. Sorry that wasn't clear.
