Dear cb....I have a humming bird feeder by my walker (yes oy it has tennis balls on the front legs)....if they rub beaks. ...it' that a bird hummer?
Actually the male hummingbird flies a special dance to impress the lady hummingbirds. Our ruby throated males flash their, you got it, ruby throat which appears black unless viewed head on.
You are correct.....my feeder iz window close.....hummer porn....had 2 on one dancing...never saw before....same species species here.....
My friend down by T said he has really colorful ones.....T would know......build a wall......lol......
