I prefer to slightly steam them before I stuff and roast. Better end texture that way.

I put poblanos under the broiler and char them, then peel and stuff and roast.

Nothing beats fire! Salsa came out really good. Front heat and very flavorful.

@Jrflickster He will get "smarter" from this experience. I remember getting pulled over drunk as fvck barred the fvck out with drugs everywhere @19 with my buds in the Z28 lol... The cops were redneck as fvck, gave us a VERY hard time and eventually took everything and let us go! Thank you Hurricane Ike, you saved me from certain prison time... not all hurricanes are bad for everyone...
