    How to (not) make a smoothie:
    1 Package frozen mixed berries.
    1 elastic and Velcro strap.
    1 can of Sprite.
    1 bottle of Crown Royal.
    and
    1 swollen elbow from whacking it against a hard surface.

    This is more about making a good drink and getting drunk while applying a cold compress to your elbow.

    I had three oranges go bad on me today...apparently citrus isn't invulnerable to entropy. I dislike wasting food.

    Got new glasses.
    Progressive lenses for the first time.
    Gotta go back for an adjustment on fit.
    These things are weird.
    Intelligence is knowing that a tomato is a fruit; wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.

    I like Oliva and Quesada (including Regius) a lot.  I will smoke anything, though.

    Couldn’t sleep at all so, after 2 1/2 hrs of trying I finally had them bring me a sleeping pill. Last night, as well. 

    Must be something in the water.....  😜
