Harvested the winter squash, 65 lbs. Going price in the local stores for organic is $2.99. Not bad for a volunteer plant.

What do you do with winter squash? Is that something you would make into pie, like pumpkins?

Roast, puree, mix with your morning oatmeal, add walnuts and brown sugar. Yum

Is anyone else having to verify their email address through a ccom email every time you log in to the forum? It's been happening since the beginning of the week. I'm no longer getting the "Verify you are Human" checkbox, so at least that is finally established.

I’ve never gotten either one. I just have a bookmark that takes me straight to the forum without logging in each time

    It's obviously the Russians.

It's sounds like you're logging off every time you leave.

I've had weird stuff like that a couple times. Usually if I log off, restart, and then log back on things go back to normal. YMMV

I do log off every time, but ever since we had so many bots here (remember when there were 6 members online and 1426 guests), I have had to confirm I am human when I log in (which is no issue, it takes 3 seconds). But since early this week, I have to wait for an email, and click the confirmation link, then log in, at least for the initial time I log in during a given day. It also isn't a real issue, it only takes about 20 seconds, so I am just wondering if it is a new process to weed out bots. It seems not, so it must be my browser/cookie issue.

As @Yakster once helped me with the exact same thing. If you’re using DDG browser, or similar, you must fireproof the site in order to pick up where you left off.

One of my settings is to remove any cookies upon shutting down the browser. Another thing that triggers this situation is hitting the fire 🔥 button on your browser, even though you previously fireproofed it, somehow doing this ‘erases’ you and your previous footprint. Thus, having to log into the site again and again.

Now I just close the browser by wiping up on the screen. This seems to keep my fireproof setting, my bookmark and auto sign in intact.

    Hopefully, this helps.

I forgot about that advice, good point.

Experimenting making my own humidifier for the free tower I got from CI back in February. I will put a little video in the video thread. One fan on top of humidifier to push fog mist out of humidifier and one fan on bottom of humidor floor to distribute humidity up throughout the tower.

Do you have some way of regulating the amount of moisture it’s pumping out or will it do it continuously?
