I had my annual physical today. While the doctor was doing the prostate exam, I thought about moaning and softly calling his name, Gary, but he's an old guy like me so I figured it's not a good idea.
In line now for the drive-thru flu clinic and drinking the best coffee I've roasted all year. I increase the drop temp by 20 degrees c and ended the roast in the middle of first crack when the beans starts smelling great.

@YankeeMan glad you are getting a break. I got 3 weeks off in the middle of treatment because my numbers dropped too low. Hope you finish up soon brother

Same here. Tuesday I got the second of two parts of the new shingles vaccine. Part 1 and part 2 both had me feeling like S**t or the better part of 2 days.
Went to the VA yesterday. Got drive through swabbed, waited in my truck for a hour and a half. Got a phone call that I was good and went in to my annual appointment, and to the lab. Three hours and I was out. Sure is different and seemed like there were fewer vets in the halls. All the folks in the hospital were masked and gloved up. Glad to see all the precautions.

Company's mandating flu shots. Haven't had one since 1999 when i retired from the service. Haven't had the flu since then either. Tyrants.
