Cranked out three weekly department reports last night and today, only to have a team member point out when I was finished with all three a mistake in the change in account assignment so I went back and updated all three. Luckily I just had to change a lookup table and refresh the data.
Another team member is looking to add another field to the data so that means updating about nine feeder reports that I export to generate the department reports. Not hard to do but takes a lot of time waiting for the reports to generate.
Job security, I guess.

Caught a weasel in a live trap in the pottery. For years we have been blaming rats that come into the old building to winter over for the smell and mess. First one I've ever seen.
Went out to check the garden after the frost last night. Opened up the ends of our covered beds to let them breathe. Went to check on the spinach we planted and covered with straw last week. Some critter had dug three dog sized holes in our spinach bed. Last time we had holes dug my trail cam exposed a red fox. Will set the cam again tonight. I hope we don't have any of Edward's weasels.
@First_Warrior , Have the armadillos made it that far east yet? They're digging holes everywhere, here.

Split a cord & a half's worth of log rounds that have been getting rained on since May. Frozen wood splits easily. Stacking it all this morning. Firewood heats you about 4 times....
On the plus side it's twice as warm this morning than it was yesterday morning.
I'm still troubled by what I did for that Klondike bar...

Not that I'm aware of. Never ate a armadillo. How do they taste?
I tried to catch and eat one, once. Got ahold of the tail, and the beast just burrowed down into the Texas "soil" (mostly rock) while I stood there pulling with all my 18 year old strength. Eventually, I gave up. I've been told that the leg meat is the only part that's any good. Tastes like turtle, they say, if that helps.

Nether one. I figure earthworms or grubs.
That's exactly what that c o o n was digging for! I caught one and it's three babies about a month ago wrecking havoc on the flower beds! Always thought it was a dillo but they fooled me. Going to make a deceptive sign that says "C o o n, Dillo, Possum NOT welcome!".
If you quote me do the @TX98Z28 in your text or I won't be notified of your quote, Thanks.

It's all relative ol' chap. Long as you're looking down at the green side of the grass, it's all good.
First port flush since July and it was like this. 😂
Finished a Monthly and a Quarterly customer report, working on the Weekly department reports. These reports barely run on my computer.

Dirty martini night, so I will probably hurt more than one persons feelings tonight.
Get on the vHerf, Michael!
framers cut a hole in the wall to install a greenhouse window in the shop and cut the hole 5 1/2" too large, lol. I made them a pot of coffee.

I tried that with rabbits once. Couldn't figure out if they can't read or just ignored the sign.
draining outdoor faucets, harvesting lettuce seeds, smoking cigars, and hauling fire wood. Winter's coming and life is good.
Lettuce has seeds? They must only use seedless lettuce on Big Macs.
Trapped in the People's Communist Republic of Massachusetts.
They probably wouldn't do anything anyway. I have never been able to grow any buns.
went to a corvid party
@silvermouse
Only Edward would come up with this.... 👍👍👍
That's great, Edward.
Ate lunch and brewed another pot of coffee. Back to the TPS reports, where's my red stapler.
I didn’t know you moved to Iowa @rsherman24
Same truck and same color (probably 10 years newer than mine). He is probably a good looking dude too.
My favorite cigar list here

Went to fill my propane tanks last night only to find the propane fill station closed for the evening.
Filled 3 10 pound propane tanks tonight for $60.
