    The countries you mentioned do not have an eye for an law. Not even close.
    They have honor killings.
    They will gut you because you change into a goat and do evil things.

    The eye for an eye law meant that if a tribunal (that is like a court) found you guilty of, say, murder beyond any reasonable doubt, a family member could visit the same method of death on you.

    The subject of sovereign citizens wasn't even being discussed. There was some drama, of which you were the center of attention and then, out of the blue you asked   "How many of you are SovTards?". 

    I'd say you were calling people SovTards. Technically you asked, but it seemed like name calling to me.
