I've got insurance obviously, and I actually did want a new garage, or at least electricity in this one. We'll see what they say, but it may not be for the worst.

Yup, house is perfectly fine. I've been thinking about it, and assuming the insurance covers everything, a new garage for the cost of the deductible is kind of awesome.
