I just work from home. At least, I try to whenever I can. Usually about 3 days a week. My commute is the time it takes to move from the left side of the couch to the right side of the couch.
Wow joe Traffic must be brutal !!

If it was my house right now the traffic is worse than on the way to work. We recently acquired a roommate, the sister-in-law wanted to move to the beach. And my mom and little brother are staying with us while they're in town. Work is the relaxing time, lol.

i always use work as a way to get away from my problems

If your sister-in -law wants to move to the beach, how much of a long term commitment does that make it for you. I lived in Clearwater Florida for a year, and damn I never had so many long term house guests. The problem with living in a great area is everybody wants to visit you. Relatives, friends, friends of friends, I finally said everyone get the F*** out. I HATE houseguests with no return airline tickets.

I always tried to set up boundries, I have to work in the morning, you are on vacation. Weekends we can have too much fun, but the rest of the week have a little respect..And don't leave your wet towels on the floor, and don't track in sand, don't go on porn sites on my computer, don't drink the last beer, don't bring anybody in the house when I'm not here, oh do you have to leave so soon ?

LMAO ... have you printed bumper stickers yet?

Get it bumper stickers? haha irony
I've thought about getting a little flag made. Something with a skull and crossbones and that quote. Maybe it would encourage some of those SUVs to back the *** off a little.
  • madurofanmadurofan Posts: 6,219 ✭✭✭
Could be interesting but you should just moon them when they get too close. That'd do the trick.
  • DiasFlakDiasFlak Posts: 342 ✭✭
here is what i do its not very nice but lets say an suv is on my *** in the city the next stop light i put my car in reverse and i start rolling backwards if that doesnt get them off your *** i dont know what will! (disclaimer: i am in no way responsible for what happens to you if you try this also i dont reccomend this stunt as it could cause harm to your car or someone could cause harm to your body!)

Hey All! I'm Brett From Kingsport, Tennessee. I'm rather new to Cigars, about 6 mos. I've finally dove into a humi, now i'm up to 2, Just purchased a Romeo y Julieta Anniversary Humi from my local B&M. BEAUTIFUL 300 ct since my 120 ct is practically full and had to make room for the new Camacho sampler. I'm open to advice and I don't care to look stupid. So ANY ADVICE, is very welcome.

the 5 vegas series A is good. not a true powerhouse but it is on the fuller side of medium. the edge corojo by Rocky Patel is a good one. just about anything from camacho is good and strong but thats starting to get a bit more pricy.

oh and Rush's cigar... La Flor Dominicana Ligero in the chisel shape.
he says he gives this one to people he golfs with. if they arend big cigar smokers itll throw em off their game. HA!

Hey Brett, it seems as though Tenn. is not only for lovers but for cigar smokers too. Welcome to the forum bro. It appears like you jumped in with both feet with 120 plus stick in a few months. I buy samplers all the time, and pick up cigars that people review highly around here, and that way I have found some great new cigars. Oh yeah try the Cigar of the Month Club here for a few months. There first shipment is killer. ( Gurkhas )

Hey Guys..I'm Bill from South Plainfield, NJ.. I ordered a sample pack of Nubs a few weeks ago and am about to purchase the cigar.com brand sampler today. I've been smoking for 5-6 years but really got more serious about it within the last year. I really don't have a preference in cigars...I really enjoy spoking different brands....Reading all these threads makes me want to purchase another humi and starting adding to my collection. This is a great site ..

Welcome Spencer, Brett, and Bill! Sorry, I'm a little late, but I haven't been spending a lot of time on the forums. Been busy dodging the crap life throws at me. This is a great community though, and it's really helped me develop my love for cigars. So, enjoy your stay!
