I’ve been away from here for a long time. Life happened and I got away from the hobby for a while but I’m looking to get back into things.

Hey all! Excited to join here, I posted my humidor set up in another feed but wanted to get in here too.  From New York and started collected around 10 months ago. Looking to expand my horizons on new medium/full bodied cigars. Currently enjoying the flatheads by CAO.  Looking forward to learning and growing the collection with everyone! Recommendations on cigars are much appreciated :)

Hey fellas. Don’t know if I’m supposed be asking questions on this thread or another, so let me know!  I am new to the world of heartfelt beads, I have around 2 lbs worth of the 65% in my 400 ct Coolidor. My humidity is reading 70-71% (not bad) but don’t want it to go any higher than that. I put them in dry, even took them out to dry them out for a little. Can my placement be off? I have a pound on the bottom and a few located throughout the humidor in little bags. Let me know what works best for you guys.
    Cheers

Your hydrometer could be off. They usually have a +- of a couple percent.

I put a few of them through the salt test before putting them in last week, maybe everything is just settling down in there

Thanks for stopping by, Rick.  We met at the Chicago Herf in '16.  It'll be good to have your input and whatnot.

Hi, how is everyone my name is Carlos and I'm new on here. This is my first post on this forum. I look forward to trading, passing, and bombing with you guys soon. Here's a few picture of my current collection. The Gurkhas, Cuban Cohibas, and Arturo Fuentes The Man box are not pictured. The cardboard was temporary, until the Kaizen foam arrived

That cardboard is going to absorb the humidity and be a big pile of mold
