Hello all from Illinois. I'm not neccessary new to cigars but I've have the passion rekindled in the past month or so. Haven't really been into cigars too much since about 2002. Looking forward to joining in the conversations here and seeing what's new in the world of cigars.

Doesn't matter. He could live on Lorraine Avenue and you can't go see him now since you live in the people's republic of Illinois.

Hey there fellow brothers of the leaf. My name is Law (short for Lawrence). I have been smoking cigars since I was 18 (16 years ago) and have always loved it especially when I was deployed overseas. This and lawn care are my two favorite hobbies currently. Ask me about my beautiful deep green lawn.
There is nothing more I enjoy in this world than sharing a cigar with good friends.
My lawn seems a little thin. Can you help? Welcome @Scotch_n_Smoke Law!

Howdy all. Guess it's time to do my intro to the Newbie Welcome site. My name is Larry, I'm in Seaforth, Ontario, Canada. If you don't know where it is, don't worry, most folks Here haven't heard of it either. It's a small town 20 minutes East of Lake Huron. I'm a retired Prof. Fire Fighter, living the dream.......as well as I can. I've made a couple of posts here, & received friendly advice, thank you. Quit cigarettes a long time ago & took to smoking the good leaf about 8 years ago, but got more serious 4 yrs ago. I have 4 box humis & they're barely big enough. A few favourites....RP Vint 1990 Maduro Torpedo, Montecristo Nicaragua, Carillo Dark Rituals,Oliva Serie G, Spirit of Cuba Corojo, Punch 10th Anniv. Corojo & Figurado, Perdomo 10th Champagne, to name a few. Just got some Ave Reconquista I'm anxious to try after they sit for a bit. Had some Macanudo Insp. Red a while ago so got two more boxes of those. I started off getting the Samplers & that was a good way to find out what my likes & dislikes were. I prefer 50 - 54 ring size, box press or torpedo in 54 size.......bigger isn't better. I always have some Glenivet or Glenfiddich on hand.......but prefer dark rum......my faves..........El Dorado 12 & 15 yr, Eximo 10, Zacapa. OK, that's enough, don't wanna bore you.........as we used to say......"keep yer hose hard"..............Larry Z
