Smoking my blend of yellow VA, Smyrna, and a sliced up Blackwatch Maduro cigar in my Chacom Club. This blend just came out of the vacuum bag after 45 days of marrying flavors and it has a spicy pepper retrohale, sweet notes, and good strong body and flavor. I like it.

Smoking some cube cut C&D 2021 Carolina Red Flake + Perique that I pressed into a plug and let marry for a bit in my Vintage Circa 1934 WDC (William Demuth Company) Bing Billiard. Plugging up the CRF+P really improved the flavor for me.

A tale of two tobaccos. The tobacco in the meer has faded to smoke after sitting partially finished for two weeks but the strong mixture of Bosun Plug / Coniston Cut Plug in the Dublin has mellowed but not lost all it's flavor in nine days. To be honest, the flavor of Bosun Plug can be overwhelming with the clove flavors and even mellowed it's still quite strong. Testing the limits of accidental DGT (Delayed Gratification Technique).

Have you tried mixing those two blends any way besides 50/50 by weight? If so I was just curious about different results you had. I haven’t tried the ones you sent me yet but plan to soon. I was looking at the mixing thread and was thinking of mixing them by volume instead of weight because of the huge difference.
I was thinking of going more 25% Bosun 75% Coniston next time I mix up a batch. The flavor is increasing in this pipe as I smoke it down towards the bottom of the bowl. This is an enjoyable mixture but can be a palate killer.

Smoking something strong to cut through any leftover clove on my palate from the last pipe, GH Kendal Dark (shag) from @Stubble in my latest Norm Triptow billiard with tamper. Thanks, Steve!

The seller recommended Virginia, so 👌
The pipe is in outstanding condition, the Blueroom Briars folks and previous owner did a great job with it.

Smoking my blend of yellow VA, Smyrna, and a sliced up BLTC Last Rites Viaticum cigar in my Ser Jacopo Dublin blast while jarring it up and tightening the screws on my tobacco plug press. The 54 mm espresso tamper and canning funnel work well to load the tobacco into standard mouth canning jars.
Starting to get the strength and flavor kicking in about mid-bowl, tasting good.

GL Pease Windjammer in my Ser Jacopo Dublin. I'm enjoying this blend more today, not sure if I'm starting to "get" this blend or if it smokes better in this pipe, but it's got a nice sweetness and is smoking well.
