A chocolate oatmeal stout at the WI State Fair... not bad, but more smoke than chocolate.  Before noon too!

The deep fried curds were gone before I could get the camera out, sorry.  You'll have to use your imagination.

A trip to Costco inadvertently turned into a beer run. My beer fridge, like my cigar fridge, is full.

I like the G&T Gose, not quite sure about barrel aging it though. Let me know how that turns out. Nice pickups Chris!

I really enjoyed that Campfire Stout. Good choices.

Headed down to the Beer Zoo Tuesday to look for some good stuff...the selection in this valley of ours consists of Yuengling, Busch, and Budd. Not exactly my taste.

Can any of you guys recommend anything seasonal that's on the dark side? I'm wanting to try some pumpkin flavored stuff too. 'Preciate the suggestions of you older heads.

Warlock by southern tier just got released. Its a seasonal stout. Founders Breakfast stout also just got released and is excellent. Southern Tier also released pumpking which is their pumpkin release and pretty damn good.

    IF you can find them:
    Prairie Bomb
    KBS (Kentucky Breakfast Stout)
    Dragon's Milk
    Ten Fidy
    Just a few, Good Luck!

Awesome - thankee guys. I'll let y'all know what they have to offer. It's hard to find a good variety up here in poverty stricken coal country. One thing that will greatly improve once I move here soon.

This beer is very good! Overpriced, but would like to have a few hidden away.

Drinking the Calicraft Barrel Project Zinfandel Sour Ale, tart and refreshing.  It's aged in wine barrels and brewed with grape skins.  Did a bit of digging and found that it was brewed at my local Hermitage Brewing, no wonder I like it.  Looking forward to trying the Hermitage Flower Sour I picked up too.
