    I just had a 1 1/4" thick steak. Took 8 minutes a side to cook. Worth it. I can hardly move now.

    Day two of it would be mac 'n cheese but with brussels sprouts and cauliflower instead of mac. Rice on the side. Enough to send the average 6 year old into a dinner table meltdown, lol.
