    Full brisket today on the smoker for fishing this weekend. Point was made into burnt ends and the flat will be sliced when it's time to eat.

    What you know about pork steaks?  Foil wrapped potatoes and then some burgers to go with it.

    I made a double batch of chilli last night so we could have leftovers, my oldest came by and really knocked it out, just a little bit left. It was good to see her.

    I grilled a nice tri-tip not long ago and we'll use the leftovers to make stew and dumplings. The weather's good for a dish like that right now....  B)

    I am Italian and it is Christmast Eve so we are having Festa dei setti pesci or feast of seven fishes.
    We will have shrimp 3 different ways, crab, mahi mahi, smoked fish dip and some clams.  Not sure how the wife pulled it together but im now starving.

    Sounds fantastic, we have a tradition of going to Christmas in the Park and eating Sushi on Christmas Eve.  Tomorrow we'll be at my MILs for Christmas dinner, it should be good.
