I got laid off, lost my house, sold everything I owned except the motorcycle and my VW Van, which promptly blew the engine, and joined the Army because every other welder within 100 miles of Nashville had been laid off too. I was the 2nd oldest guy in basic training.

I thought I lost my $150 Benchmade Griptilian folding knife, and was about to be angry, but I found it still clipped in the pocket of the pants I was wearing a few days ago. Derp.
Just picked herfcat up from the vet. $784 to take a urine sample and dope him up. He still has yet to be prescribed anything for his urinary tract problem. They told me to watch his catbox activity and bring him back if nothing changes. They told me the things it could be, which Google told me for free. Why do I feel like I just got ****?

I've been helping out with the after school childcare program at my son's school. It is a good experience overall, but I won't mind when the school year comes to a close.

How is your cat doing?
Seems to be doing OK. Still haven't heard from the vet about the lab results. If he has an infection, he needs antibiotics asap. They say this is a critical condition for male cats but they didn't just automatically put him on antibiotics to be safe.
Thanks for asking, Edward.

I spilled coffee on the keyboard of my chromebook this morning. Appears to be OK.
40 degrees out side feeling like spring decided it was time for the grill
Fired mine up a few days ago but we have had only 1/4" of snow this winter. I'm getting soft.
I’ve never stopped using mine
Raining, snowing, hail, cold doesn’t matter. If it tastes better grilled or smoked it’s happening. @CharlieHeis has a great grilling picture.

As long as the hair doesn't fall out it should be good.
Hope it turns out well.

Saw a Pileated woodpecker last week in the woods on my AM walk. We have Downey, Red Bellied, and Hairy woodpeckers coming into our suet blocks.
We have those, too, except no Pileated, but we do have Flickers. They are about to start rattling on the downspouts soon.
