I once made a mushroom stock/reduction and used ice trays to freeze it. Someone thought they were coffee cubes. After they cleaned up the mess they made they tried it for what it was, a little salt and they liked it. But the shock value was priceless.
I've got a yard full of squirrels, chipmunks, marsh rats, raccoons, mice, rabbits, voles, wild turkeys.

Oh, most of those you'll want to skin and soak overnight in Italian dressing first. Mmm-mmm good. Except the mice and voles. Not worth the effort.
