Thanks for the tip Patrick
Used a couple small handfuls so far, backed off cause it’s causing the coals to burn hotter than normal by about 100 degrees
Had to cut down my apricot tree today, it succumbed to armillaria root rot. Consoling myself with a Patoro serie P robusto and a cup of ginger/tumeric tea.
edit: misled because armillaria is endemic to the property. Actually it was infected with Eutypa Die Back, a.k.a."gummosis".
I used to think space exploration was exciting, but I am changing my mind. More and more it looks like a huge waste of tax-payers investment in our society.

I see it the opposite, I think every nation should be chipping in. Eventually we are going to have to move off planet and be mining resources from the asteroid belt
My wife bought a carton of "Truly Punch" hard seltzer. She thought it might be refreshing. Truly undrinkable unless you are 17 years old and already drunk. Heavily sweetened with stevia. Absolutely cloying.
The kiwi watermelon Truly hard seltzer I had last night was not one of the good ones. They sell variety packs with good and not good flavors mixed in, I get to drink the not good ones. Mango is pretty good IIRC.

Changed the oil and rotated the tires on my Honda today. Even though I have it down to a science and have all the tools, and can finish in an hour, I wonder why I don't just take it somewhere and take the easy way out.

Drove the Herfmobile to work yesterday. No problem. Drove it at lunch, no problem. Till I pulled into the hangar and the left front wheel locked up. Pulled the wheel, burning my hands in the process...guess the brake had been dragging and finally locked. Pulled, disassembled, cleaned, reassembled & reinstalled the caliper, no luck. Replaced it, no luck. Turns out the flex hose had failed internally and was acting like a check valve. Fluid pressure to the brake, but wouldn’t release. Replaced the hose & drove the beast home. Total cost: 40 bucks, 3 skinned knuckles & a bunch of brake dirt under my nails. Airplanes are clean....I like airplanes.
I'm still troubled by what I did for that Klondike bar...

Don’t use as many as you do chips, can over smoke with those easily on a traditional grill and sour the meat.

Trial and error, but less is more with those.

Now that I've slept in and had a cigar, I can't decide whether to do anything more than just eat, drink coffee and smoke more cigars today.

Broadband Internet is down. Running on hotspot while waiting for a tech to come Wednesday to restore service, probably by replacing the gateway again.

You gotta cut that stuff w/ some bourbon or wiskey.
That stuff makes a great industrial strength cleanser...
It’s h.I.t. or miss, some flavors are good, others not so much. It’s low carb and low alcohol so my wife likes them.

It'll be fine once the swelling goes down.
Got the ice cream machine out , washed and put the bowl in the freezer. I think we are going to start with a coconut frozen yogurt.
@silvermouse Ice cream is not mundane! Lol

Good thing you broke down near tools.
And that he knows more about that stuff than just about anyone on the planet.
