Tokyo, Japan — A Japanese man with a sweet tooth who believes in smiles has become the world's oldest male at 112 years and 344 days old, according to Guinness World Records.
Asked about the secret to longevity, Watanabe has this advice: Don't get angry and keep smiling.

“It has been a source of great pain to me to have met with so many among [my] opponents who had not the liberality to distinguish between political and social opposition; who transferred at once to the person, the hatred they bore to his political opinions.” —Thomas Jefferson (1808)

There are three kinds of people in this world, dicks, ****, and ****.
The dicks are always trying to **** the **** and the **** just want to **** on everyone.
Of course, we all here are a fourth kind of people, we're the awesome kind.

Chuang Tzu was a Taoist sage, living sometime before 250 B.C.:
Forgetting about preferences
Tao is obscured when men understand only one pair of opposites,or concentrate only on a partial aspect of being.
Then clear expression also becomes muddled by mere wordplay, affirming this one aspect and denying all the rest.
The pivot of Tao passes through the center where all affirmations anddenials converge.
He who grasps the pivot is at the still-point from which all movementsand oppositions can be seen in their right relationship...
Abandoning all thought of imposing a limit or taking sides, he rests in direct intuition.

Can't take credit, I got it in an email from John Liposky, but it's good:
Quote of the Day, Any Day, Any Time
"America does not need to see the tax return of a billionaire who became a public servant.
America needs to see the tax returns of public servants who became
millionaires while being public servants"
The most courageous thing we will ever do
is to bear, humbly
the mystery of our own reality.
