Charlie and I decimated the Hampton Inn bathroom in Milwaukee a few years ago when the cleaning staff walked out leaving guests unable to check in the inn.

I remember that day but I had forgotten about our parting gift 😂

My brother just bought a Bluetooth meter reader that communicates with your cell phone. He's hoping it has an alarm function that warns when getting low. I'll report back when I hear more.

Sounds like you could smoke a cigar with a really loose draw and be fine. Hope you’re feeling alright Peter.

I'm actually thinking about a pipe after a few days.

I lit one up as soon as I got in the car after pulling 2. No problems!

Saw five big hawks riding the thermals above the ridge behind my studio. They are on their migration north.

One of the things I like about winter is all the raptors that winter in the area. We have about 17 species according to the Conservation Department.

So my plate cooler that cools my mix blew a gasket last Friday. Been shut down all week waiting for said gasket! This morning, they tell me I can just take out the 2 affected plates, with only a small loss of cooling capacity. Why didn’t they tell me that last Friday?!! Back together and tested now, and back to production on Monday! Have to take it apart again( no easy task ) when the gasket comes in!

If that gasket is scarce & takes weeks to get, before you install the new gasket, make a template from it. There has to be sheet food grade silicone or similar you could cut a replacement from so you’re not down for a while or operating at lowered capacity. And you’d only have to disassemble Number 5 once…

@Jrflickster, if you are responding to my welding post, I was in 9th grade in the vocational-agriculture curriculum in high school, and we had a shop class including welding (stick). I switched curriculums in 10th grade, and haven't welded since then.
